Registration Policy
- At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register at the FULL registration fee and present the paper at the conference for the paper to be included in the ICONS-IoT Conference Proceeding and to be submitted for inclusion into IEEExplore.
- For non-author or non-presenter participants, registration at the FULL fee is required to access all conference sessions and proceedings.
- “Member” rates apply to members of IEEE.
- To complete online registration, Members or Student Members must submit evidence of their valid membership status, including a scanned Member or Student Member card or other relevant documents.
- A valid student ID is required to complete registration. Please scan and submit your student ID during online registration

Payment Information
Note on Virtual Account (VA): Your unique Virtual Account number will be generated and displayed on the final summary screen immediately upon completing the registration process.

Option 1: Payment via Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)
Applicable for BNI ATM, BNI Mobile Banking, or BNI Internet Banking users.
- Log in to your BNI Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, or visit the nearest BNI ATM.
- Navigate to the Payment menu.
- Select VA Billing (or Virtual Account Billing).
- Input your assigned Virtual Account Number.
- Verify that the payment details automatically display Telkom University as the beneficiary along with the correct billing amount.
- Confirm and proceed to complete the transaction.
Option 2: Payment via Other Banks (Non-BNI)
Applicable for transfers from BCA, Bank Mandiri, BRI, or other financial institutions.
- Access your mobile banking application, internet banking portal, or an ATM.
- Select Transfer, then choose Inter-Bank Transfer (or Transfer to Other Bank).
- Select Bank BNI (Bank Code:
009) as the destination bank. - Enter the 16-digit Virtual Account Number as the recipient account number.
- Input the exact registration fee amount.
Select the transfer processing method:
⚠️ CRITICAL INSTRUCTION — TRANSFER METHOD DO NOT USE BI-FAST. Please select Online Transfer or Real-Time Online. Transactions conducted via BI-FAST cannot be automatically verified or identified by our system.
- Confirm that the beneficiary name displays Telkom University, review the final amount (inclusive of the standard inter-bank administration fee, typically IDR 6,500), and authorize the payment.
- Retain a digital or printed copy of your transaction receipt.

International Authors (Payment via EDAS)
For international authors and foreign participants, registration fees are processed exclusively through the EDAS (Educational Activity Processing System) platform.
- Log in to your EDAS account.
- Navigate to your accepted paper submission dashboard and click on the Registration / Pay icon.
- Select your corresponding registration category (e.g., Full Author - International, Student Author, or Non-Presenter/Listener).
- Choose your preferred payment method within EDAS
- Complete the secure online checkout process.
- Once the transaction is successful, your payment status will update instantly on EDAS. A receipt will be automatically generated and emailed to you by the platform.
