Registration Policy
- At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register at the FULL registration fee and present the paper at the conference for the paper to be included in the ICONS-IoT Conference Proceeding and to be submitted for inclusion into IEEExplore.
- For non-author or non-presenter participants, registration at the FULL fee is required to access all conference sessions and proceedings.
- “Member” rates apply to members of IEEE.
- To complete online registration, Members or Student Members must submit evidence of their valid membership status, including a scanned Member or Student Member card or other relevant documents.
- A valid student ID is required to complete registration. Please scan and submit your student ID during online registration

Option 1: Payment via BNI (through ATM, Mobile Banking, or Internet Banking)
If you are a BNI customer, the easiest method is to use the VA payment menu.
- Log in to the BNI Mobile Banking app, Internet Banking, or use a BNI ATM.
- Select the "Payment" menu.
- Choose the "VA Billing" or "Virtual Account Billing" option.
- Enter the Virtual Account Number.
- The billing details under the name Telkom University and the payment amount will appear automatically. Ensure the details are correct, then proceed to complete the payment.
Option 2: Payment from Other Banks (Non-BNI)
Follow these steps if you are transferring from a bank other than BNI (e.g., BCA, Mandiri, BRI, etc.).
- Open your mobile banking app, internet banking, or go to your bank's ATM.
- Select the "Transfer" menu and choose the "Inter-Bank Transfer" or "Transfer to Other Bank" option.
- Select "Bank BNI" as the destination bank.
- In the destination account number field, enter the 16-digit Virtual Account Number above.
- Enter the appropriate payment amount.
- Proceed to the next step to select the transfer method.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Transfer Method When selecting the transfer method, DO NOT USE THE BI-FAST METHOD. Please choose the "Online Transfer" or "Real-time Online" method. Using BI-FAST will cause your payment to FAIL TO BE IDENTIFIED by the system.
The "Online Transfer" method will incur an inter-bank transfer administration fee (typically IDR 6,500). Double-check all details (Beneficiary Name: Telkom University, VA Number, and Payment Amount) before confirming the transaction. Complete the payment and save your proof of transfer.
After a successful payment, your registration will be confirmed automatically after some time. You need to send the proof of transfer by email to the committee.
